Running from your emotions doesn’t save you it disconnects you from the parts of yourself trying to heal.
Emotions aren’t problems.They’re messages.They’re maps.They’re truth trying to rise.
The moment you stop running and start feeling,you stop repeating the same patterns and start rewriting your story.

You don’t heal by avoiding you heal by meeting yourself honestly.
Slow down.Breathe.Feel it you’re safe now.
