The nervous system learns through repetition, not perfection.Stress will happen. Triggers will happen. Old patterns may show up.
That doesn’t mean you’ve gone backwards.
What matters is the after:
  • how you talk to yourself
  • how quickly you regulate
  • whether you stay engaged or disappear
Shame turns setbacks into collapses.Compassion turns them into learning.
