Day 25: The one rule.
One rule for change: do the opposite (small).
The old you:
  • reacts fast
  • avoids discomfort
  • chooses relief over regulation
Not because you’re broken because that’s how you survived.
Growth starts when you interrupt the pattern:
  • pause instead of react
  • stay instead of escape
  • tell the truth instead of people-pleasing
Not dramatically.Not perfectly.
Just slightly different.
Those small opposites create new identity evidence.
