Spiritual Visions give cause and rise to interpreting what the LORD has said. It begins the journey of discoveries in the word of God and by the Spirit of God. Without spiritually received visions of prayer in alignment to the word of God, you stand in one place spiritually and never move forward. Our LORD Jesus said in John 5:19 'THE SON CAN DO NOTHING EXCEPT HE SEES THE FATHER DOING IT FIRST' Get that point! Jesus was so dependent upon spiritual visions of His Father that He would not operate without it. He put no trust in His flesh to get things done. Jesus could've resorted to His humanness before the Cross, yet He had no such sinful nature. He became sin but you get the point of what I am driving at here... The LORD would continually resort to the Father for direction, asking, seeking, knocking. Visions are in the atmosphere of prayer. Visions contain the target of the LORD & what we should shoot for. Visions reveal what He will bless & what He will disapprove of. Visions carry impressions and direct communication of the Holy Ghost. Visions are for direction and purpose to be your possession. There is no vision from God you will have that will contradict the will of God in the Bible! Otherwise discard THAT vision! Apostle Paul had vision for where to bring the gospel as he waited upon the LORD. Apostle Peter had vision for when to take the gospel to Romans in the house of Cornelius. John the Beloved wrote an entire book from vision & encounters ongoing over a period of time which we now read as the Book of Revelation. Proverbs 29:18 says... "Where [there is] no vision, the people perish..." In Hebrew Interlinear it translates this way... "(If with-)in there is no vision, he (or those people lacking vision) shall be unbridled people" Unbridled = unrestrained, untrained, not held accountable, running wild, letting go of principles/disciplines of Christ. As we are entering December commit to the visions of God in prayer afresh. Tarry with the Holy Ghost until that realm is opened. Reach in prayer for the word of the LORD for your week, your day, your family, your household. Go back to what you journaled before (if you heard from God and need to re-calibrate), get to the place where you TREASURE THE WORDS GOD HAS SAID TO YOU!

What a beautiful time at our kitchen table today as I was able to steer my son through the word of God in his own learning style (he is 11yrs young). I told him today, "Kings search things out... and you are not just a normal person. God has spoken with you so many times! It is a relationship with the Father and you as His son... don't be too quick to move on, if He wasn't done with you even though you could be done reading His word..." He stood contemplating what I said, and went to the LORD in his own awesome way. Asking the Father a question. "Am I done in your word for this morning?" to which the LORD responded; "Are you done in my word this morning?" Levi answered back, "I really do feel like I am done reading..." the LORD spoke once more; "Do you feel you know my heart more and my ways more than before?" "Yes LORD" Levi said in return; "I do LORD, the notes I took definitely showed me more of You." "Then you are done." said the LORD to my son. I share this because it is so amazing how simple it is to hear from the LORD after being in His Word. Levi already has a great reading habit, but I was led this morning to have him extend it about 10-15min more. These interactions are shaping his life and future in Christ! I've tried to be motivated by so many different areas of what is possible; so many means to an end to get things done, to accomplish goals, make things happen, take care of my kids, be more considerate towards my wife, think about how to improve as a minister, x, y, z... I'm thankful for Philippians 1:9-10 where the Apostle Paul writes; "And I pray this: that your love will keep on growing in knowledge and every kind of discernment, so that you may approve the things that are superior and may be pure and blameless in the day of Christ..." Being & becoming pure means to be & become sincere in heart and motives. To be blameless is possible if you pause long enough to allow the Spirit of the LORD to show you which mindset to choose, even which present flawed mindset to pull down. From this place of the word, LOVE MOTIVATES ALL MEANINGFUL INVESTMENTS in any area, spiritually it is by prayer 🙏 , mentally it is by education 📚 , physically it is by workout 💪 , even diet 🍱 . What you love you can govern, so if you don't love yourself you don't invest much in yourself. If you don't love your marriage, kids, business, talents/skills or gifts, you never cultivate or improve these things or experiences in these things by improving yourself in the process. Investment breeds improvements. It is never instant, it never comes spontaneously, it is intentional.

Perfect Day to everyone in the Mighty Name of Jesus! I was studying James chapter 1:6-8 today in preparation and time in the scriptures and wanted to share a powerful insight the Holy Spirit unveiled by the word and contemplation. "...ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways." Double minded literally translates to "restless & unstable"... If we are so brutally honest with ourselves we have lost out on asking for sound wisdom in trials as the scripture says here in the word that if we lack wisdom we should ask God for it to be deposited into our spirit, but to ask in faith without wavering; in other plain speech, "do not ask in prayer from the posture of a restless mind; God cannot deposit into that sort of a mind or soul". Our communication with God will be disrupted with we approach His presence from a restless position of mind, or mental activity or meditation. When I read this I had a flash moment to contemplate on all of my hasty prayer approaches and had to repent for a while about it. How about you?
