Welcome in
PACE!
Pace is a Braingym mini balance to switch on your brain, warm up the large muscle groups in your body, and calm your nervous system to get you into a balanced and positive state for learning and trying new things. It’s also great for mental alertness and helps alleviate brain fog etc. Watch the instructional video and then I challenge you to do it every day for a month (even multiple times if you feel inclined) and see the positive effects!!
PACE!
parents with little kids:
what movement does your child do over and over again right now? jumping? spinning? climbing? rolling on the floor? hanging upside down? sometimes it’s not “too much energy” — it’s their brain asking for movement. that’s why brain gym matters. 🧠✨
