As this week is set to be another scorcher, here’s a little reminder to keep on top of your hydration.
Don’t wait until you’re thirsty, keep sipping throughout the day, especially if you’re out and about or exercising.

One thing that’s really helped me stay consistent with my water intake is habit stacking.
