New Resource: Eating Out Guide
Do meals out often feel like they derail your progress? Struggle with knowing what meals to choose, arrive absolutely starving and eat more than you planned or you leave feel like you've "blown it." Then comes all or nothing mindset... "I've already ruined it, so may as well carry on." If this sounds familiar, I've added a new Eating Out guide to the Daily Habits section. Inside you'll find practical strategies to help you enjoy meals out with confidence, make choices that feel right for you, align with your goals and stay in control without feeling restricted. And remember, if you do eat or drink more than you planned, you're very next meal is a simple opportunity to get back to your normal routine. No restrictions, no guilt and no trying to "make up" for it. Because one meal won't undo your progress. It's what you do consistently overtime that really counts. What is the hardest part for you when eating out? Choosing what to order, stopping when you're full or getting back to your normal routine afterwards? 💛

Being spontaneous
Hi Ladies, Hope you all had a lovely weekend. When it comes to being spontaneous and just saying yes, to suddenly going out, meeting friends or going away for a few days, are you "yes let's go" or "I'm not sure, need to thinking about this" ? As I'm in the camp of "oh I'm not sure" but this Saturday evening a friend asked if I want to go to a music festival with her. I was about to say "oh I don't know its getting late" (it was 7pm 🙈) I stopped myself and said yes, with a quick change of clothes and sparkly trainers on and ready for some dance moves we arrived at the festival. We had a fab time, I saw some friends, who I hadn't seen for ages. We had a fun couple of hours, none of this would have happened if I had stuck to my normal "I'm not sure" approach to life. Going forward this is something I'm going to try and do more often 😃 It got me thinking when was the last you did something spontaneous and how did it work out? 💛

Resources Update
Hi ladies, That is a couple of new resources into The StrongHER Community this week. As after chatting to a few ladies recently, one topic that kept coming up was evening snacking and cravings, so I’ve added The Smart Snacking Guide to the daily habit section. You might find it helpful if: • Constantly snacking or grazing in the evenings. • Find yourself labelling foods as ‘good’ or ‘bad’. • Experience cravings that feel out for control, especially during times of stress, low energy, hormonal changes or emotional eating. • Feel like snacking is sabotaging your goals. Inside, you’ll find practical tips, snack ideas and ways to make snacking work for you rather than against you. I’ve also added a Protein Cheat Sheet to the recipe section. If you ever wondered which foods are high in protein or struggle to know how much protein different foods contain, this should be a really useful resource. It includes meats, fish, dairy, nuts, seeds, and pulses, all broken down into portion sizes to help making choosing protein a little easier. When you have a few minutes, have a look through. I hope you find them helpful. Also, let me know if you find any of these helpful and you take something away from them 💛
