Well, this has been a - short - journey.
When I launched The Strategic Podcasters Lab, I genuinely thought I'd show up consistently, drop strategy gold every week, and we'd build something really special together. Some of that happened, but running a Skool community is its own full-time job, and I kept finding myself stretched thin, which meant that showing up here the way I wanted to just wasn't happening. So rather than let this space sit quietly collecting dust, I'm closing the community down. Here's where I am showing up and actually loving it: My newsletter — that's where the real strategy conversations live. If you're not on the list yet, grab it at leahbryantco.com/newsletter. Threads — come find me there for quick strategy takes and all about the birds out my window. My podcast - send me questions, and I'll answer them on an episode! And if you've ever got a question, my DMs are always open. I mean that. Thank you for being here, even for a little while. You're the kind of podcaster who actually thinks about strategy, and that matters more than any platform.
Happy Monday - and welcome to March! ☘️
Since it's the start of a new month, I'm doing something I want to encourage you to try too: I'm mapping out my content strategy for March instead of just winging it week to week. Not a rigid content calendar that stresses me out, cause ain't nobody got time for that. Just a strategic plan for what themes/topics I want to hit this month, based on what my audience actually needs right now. For me, that looks like planning content around conversions from the podcast, sharing more behind-the-scenes of strategic decision-making, and being more consistent about showing up here for you all. Your turn: What's ONE strategic intention you have for your podcast this month? Maybe it's finally launching that series you've been thinking about, or analyzing what's actually working. Heck, maybe it's just maintaining consistency without burning out. Whatever it is - drop it below. Let's set some intentions together and actually follow through this time.

Good Morning!
It's Monday Focus Check-In time. Tell me ONE thing you're prioritizing for your podcast this week. Not your entire to-do list, or everything you should be doing. Just one strategic move. I'll go first...this week, I'm refining the messaging around my framework so it's clearer for people who are brand new to strategic podcasting. That's it. Everything else is maintenance or can wait. Your turn - what's your ONE focus? Drop it below. 👇

Monday Focus Check-In: Fresh Month Energy
Happy beginning of February, podcasters! New month, new strategic focus. (Not a new you, not a total overhaul - just one intentional priority.) Here's mine...I'm diving deep into refining my SEAMless Framework™ materials this month. January showed me where podcasters are getting stuck, and I want to make sure my resources actually unstick them. Your turn: What's your ONE strategic focus for February? Not your to-do list, not everything you hope to accomplish. Just the one thing that, if you moved it forward this month, would make you feel like you're playing the long game well. Maybe it's: - Finally mapping out your content themes for Q1 - Reaching out to 3 dream guests - Setting up that SEO strategy you've been avoiding - Building in consistent reflection time so you're not just creating on autopilot Or maybe life is lifin', and your focus is "keep the podcast going while I handle what I need to handle." That counts, that's strategic too. Drop your ONE focus below. I'll be checking in throughout the day and might have some strategic nudges if you want them. And if you're lurking today? That's fine too. Sometimes reading everyone else's focuses helps clarify your own. Let's make February strategic, not busy. — Leah

Monday Question :)
Hey everyone I’ve been quiet the past couple of weeks, my grandmother passed away and it’s been a lot. But I’m back, and I’m excited to jump into this year with all of you. There’s something clarifying about stepping away and then coming back. It reminded me why I built this space in the first place, because podcasting can feel isolating, and we all need people who get it. So here’s my Monday question for us: What’s the ONE thing you’re focusing on the rest of this month that moves your podcast forward? Not the busy work, or the “shoulds.” The thing that, if you did nothing else, would make January feel like progress. For me, it’s getting back into my rhythm and making sure you all have what you need to think strategically, not just stay busy. Drop yours below. Let’s start the year strategic, not scattered.
