Stoic Sunday: The Gift of Struggle
“No man is more unhappy than he who never faces adversity. For he is not permitted to prove himself.” — Seneca
Most men spend their lives avoiding hardship, seeking comfort, ease, and safety. But the truth is, every trial you face is a forge. It burns away weakness and reveals what you’re truly made of.
If you never face resistance, you never build strength.
If you never struggle, you never grow resilience.
The Stoics didn’t pray for an easy life, they prepared for a difficult one. Because that’s how you earn self-respect.
I want you guys to think about what challenge in your life right now is testing you, and how could you use it to grow stronger instead of resenting it?
Stay stoic, brothers.
