I have been following a deit as well as a gym plan prepared by Cody Giroux and the results so far are amazing. The plan targets to reduce my fat, as in past 2 weeks I have lost 4.4 lbs. The gym plan is helping me make my body stronger and to correct my posture too. My plan is still ongoing and I'm looking forward to reach my goals and to share the results with everyone.
