I'm following nutrition and gym plan prepared by Cody Giroux from last one month. I have noticed a big difference in this time period. In first 2 weeks in lost almost 4.4 lbs and in last 2 weeks I lost 2.3lbs. As from when I'm following this plan, I feel more energized, lighter and refreshed. My poster is getting better with time and my digestion is also improving. I am really happy to share my results with all of you and I'll continue my journey till I achieve my goals.
