šŸ”„Forge DiscussionšŸ”„ - The Habits That Make or Break a Man
I’ve learned that who you become is shaped by what you do daily, the small habits that either make you stronger or keep you stuck.
For a long time, I had some terrible habits holding me back. I’d stay up late scrolling on my phone, wake up groggy, skip workouts, and let my mornings slip away. It wasn’t until I got intentional about my routines that I started seeing real changes.
One of the biggest shifts? Replacing weak habits with powerful ones.
Instead of staying up late watching random videos, I made a rule, no screens an hour before bed. I started reading before sleep instead of scrolling, and just that one change made my mornings feel completely different.
Instead of hitting snooze and rolling out of bed last minute, I committed to waking up earlier than I needed to. That extra time gave me space to think, plan, and actually set the tone for my day.
Instead of skipping workouts because I was tired, I made training non-negotiable. No matter how I felt, I showed up. And the more consistent I was, the easier it became, because my identity shifted from ā€œI should workoutā€ to ā€œI’m the kind of man who never skips workouts.ā€
And the biggest one? Cutting out mindless distractions, doomscrolling, useless drama, wasting hours doing things that didn’t move me forward.
