Hello friends :-) Happy Saturday to you. I am on the Brightline south and watching the sun rise out the left side windows. It's really beautiful, and every time I try to catch an image with my camera, it doesn't seem to capture the essence (the colors, the feel, etc) in the way I want to share.
I can feel the stillness around me, as many people are catching an early morning nap. Although I am running short on sleep, I feel calm and relaxed. This has me reflecting on "state of being."
I would love to know - When do you notice yourself becoming most reactive or overwhelmed? What qualitles/circumstances are present? How do you manage these moments?
I am sitting in my seat and watching my breath - I lengthen my exhalations and notice how my system feels - slower - steadier. I feel my feet touching ground (barely!) and this centers me. I shrug and roll my shoulders a few times. I feel the muscles in my neck relax. Just this....
