Open me and I shall see that this very moment is fleeting, and it is never ending - eternity / eternally - love. I see. I see. I see. Me!🙃☺️🙃☺️❤️ There is no other, and as this is so, what is the story, morning glory? I am grateful to be - to be free… and this freedom is available to each and every being / once I see the mind is…..a ruler, and a toolbox too….a kit, a calculator, and a store; a pen, a paper, and an equation - but nothing really more. The real - the truth - the reality, is in the being & the being shines the light for the seeing they meet in the middle of the circle…the target 🎯 ….the center point. Shine the light. Light the light. Be the light. Share the light. Om namah shivaya. Om. Thank you. Thank you for this moment - this day - this life practice, this seeing. Oh love! I love you. Oh love! Thank you for being true - I mean TRUTH. Thank you for holding peace and prayer. Thank you for holding sadness and despair. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. I look to you love, and I look within me; but funnily enough, I don’t need to look to see. That you are through and through - everywhere and all around me. This truth is illuminated by the cracking open of this heart. Boy oh boy, it’s so darn smart. The ride of my life - Open me. Open me. I see - I feel - The soft and smooth The stark and sharp Deep, rich, dark, pained, loved, light, harsh, night. It is all so good and all so right. 🙏🙏🙏🙏 4/6/26 I would love to hear (read!) your contemplations :)

A morning breath :)
Hello friends! I hope that this post finds you healthy and well. Before I forget….this week’s live zoom meditation will be held Tuesday evening April 7, at 730pm. Here is the link…. Join Zoom Meeting https://us06web.zoom.us/j/83095504004?pwd=hY1UCJSgbadhPZ8g2BaE981LOiER0j.1 Meeting ID: 830 9550 4004 Passcode: 580273 And now, we breathe. We simply breathe. We breathe all day and all night. We often do not notice. We have an opportunity right here and right now, to simply notice. We can miss a meal - many actually! We can even let go of fluids for a bit. But our breath, we cannot sustain without our breath. So together, may we breathe and be. There is a beautiful mantra in the teachings of yoga: pavan guru. The breath is the teacher (“guru”). The literal complete translation if you are interested - Pavan - (Air/Breath) is the Guru - The breath is the teacher; it guides awareness and consciousness. May we be guided inward today by our breath and our intuition. I would love to know what guides you today. And I hope to see you Tuesday evening for our meditation. With great love and care for myself and for you. Warmly, Beth

Monday Magic 💝🙏
Hello friends and happy Monday to you! I am sitting quietly before the sun has risen and before much of my neighborhood has sprung to life. I love love love this time. It is calm. It is serene, and I feel that there is potential….a new day ahead. What is it that I want to create? What is it that I want to cultivate during this brand new day. I feel reminded that we always get another chance. 🙏 We get to choose where we place our focus, our time, and our energy. It doesn’t matter what we do, but where and how we focus our energy does make a difference to our nervous systems and to our consciousness. I find that when I watch an intense show or read an intense book, I am carrying the plot, the characters, and the scenarios with me long after I turn off the show or put down the book. I create my own inquiries, take the characters to bed with me, and sometimes wake up with them. So how might this affect our physiology? Simply noted, shows and books that lift us up will ground and settle our nervous systems; while shows and books that rattle us have the potential to destabilize us for a bit. I would love to know how it is for you. Do you experience this as well? What is your experience with intense external stimuli? Please join us Wednesday for meditation on Zoom if you would like! 730pm. Here is the link - https://us06web.zoom.us/j/83095504004?pwd=hY1UCJSgbadhPZ8g2BaE981LOiER0j.1 And a little video that may (or may not) brighten your day. I love this one and watch often :) You Tube link https://youtu.be/4115qFsdWKQ?si=RVnMGe95LehJ0oY0 Peace, love, and light Beth 💝🙏

Thank you Debbie and Al. The Center Street Retreat is a high vibration center. I have been going there for many years and teaching there is always a huge gift. This meditation on May 29 will be quite different from the seated and silent meditation offerings at the YMCA and on zoom. It is a “dynamic” meditation and dynamic is a very accurate description. With that said. You can do as much or as little as you would like. You are welcome to sit and just be anytime, and you may also step outside into the beautiful garden anytime. I will share the practice and the reasoning behind it to registrants who register in advance and I am happy to share the information to anyone curious too :) It’s a deeply somatic practice that allows for true stillness. And of course, I am happy you are interested in the strings class Friday. They are lovely musicians :) I feel very humbled to have them. Sending big peace and lots of warmth :)
Noticing...
Hello friends :-) Happy Saturday to you. I am on the Brightline south and watching the sun rise out the left side windows. It's really beautiful, and every time I try to catch an image with my camera, it doesn't seem to capture the essence (the colors, the feel, etc) in the way I want to share. I can feel the stillness around me, as many people are catching an early morning nap. Although I am running short on sleep, I feel calm and relaxed. This has me reflecting on "state of being." I would love to know - When do you notice yourself becoming most reactive or overwhelmed? What qualitles/circumstances are present? How do you manage these moments? I am sitting in my seat and watching my breath - I lengthen my exhalations and notice how my system feels - slower - steadier. I feel my feet touching ground (barely!) and this centers me. I shrug and roll my shoulders a few times. I feel the muscles in my neck relax. Just this.... Let me know how you are and where you are in your moment. With love and peace, Beth

@Debbie Colvin - Thank you so much for sharing Debbie. I hope you are feeling stabilized as you read this message. You might also consider just allowing yourself to be as you are, experience what you are experiencing, and not try to change it. What happens when you stay with the moment without changing it? ...When you really stay and hold yourself right where you are? I'm curious. Holding space for you to experience you.

@Al Sratton - Thank you so much Al for sharing. I agree with you regarding the Brightline. It's just right. I spent the day at the hospital so the train to walk to train was a perfect and easy mix, especially during spring break. I can see your drive and determination and how beautiful that these are strengths of yours. I am a huge practitioner of prayer, faith and trust. We can learn from each other here.
