Average improvements across the group:
- 9% sprint
- 11% upper body power
- 9% lower body power
- 7% endurance
- 9% agility
A few athletes pushed even further, hitting 15–20% improvement in specific tests.
Nothing complicated — just clear expectations, consistent reps, and a system that builds confidence through competence.
