Resisted sprint starts
Hello, so I worked on what you told me:
Here are the cues I gave myself per rep
Rep 1: quicker turnover, shorter ground contact time, not reaching
Rep2: fall a bit more during the start and be more loose overall
Rep 3: keep falling. Watch out for arm angles and activate them more to influence the quick turnover.
Does any of these rep seem better to you? Should I perhaps focus on a single cue per session, and if so, which one should it be ?
Thanks, love from Paris ✌🏼
