Hello! Just had a question!
Should I be pushing my knees forward or pushing my knees up when sprinting? I’m not understanding how I am supposed to push my knees forward while staying straight? I am spending a lot of time it the air and I don’t know why. I thought having a high knee drive was good,? but after changing my form I have been spending a lot of time in the air, almost looks like I am jumping. Thank you!
