Hello! I’m an adaptive athlete and compete in track (100m-400m). My question is in regard to asymmetry in strength. There is a huge difference between the strength of my prosthetic side quad/hamstring and my ‘intact’ side.
I want to make my weak side more equal to my ‘intact’ side in strength but I don’t want to neglect or have my ‘intact’ side lose the strength it currently has. What do yall think the best approach would be?
