100m sprint
My name is Max, I am new to T&F. I want to get into 100m sprinting. My school record is 13.73 seconds, which I presume is not very fast. Any recommendations on a workout split I could try, incorporating gym sessions with shorter sprints, would be much appreciated. Also working on the sprinting form. How can I train my form properly? I watched the videos in the Classroom, and I know that info but I don't know how to train that.

@Maximilian Müller depends on age, weekly workload (what other sports are you playing and how much free time you have to train), access to track/strength equipment. Cookie cutter response is you need to sprint and do lower body strength workouts 2-3 times a week.
Muscular Asymmetry
Hello! I’m an adaptive athlete and compete in track (100m-400m). My question is in regard to asymmetry in strength. There is a huge difference between the strength of my prosthetic side quad/hamstring and my ‘intact’ side. I want to make my weak side more equal to my ‘intact’ side in strength but I don’t want to neglect or have my ‘intact’ side lose the strength it currently has. What do yall think the best approach would be? Sorry if this is too confusing.
