My name is Max, I am new to T&F. I want to get into 100m sprinting. My school record is 13.73 seconds, which I presume is not very fast. Any recommendations on a workout split I could try, incorporating gym sessions with shorter sprints, would be much appreciated. Also working on the sprinting form. How can I train my form properly? I watched the videos in the Classroom, and I know that info but I don't know how to train that.
