Hi everyone, and welcome! This classroom is for anyone who wants to get fitter, stronger, and run faster, no matter your starting point. Here, you’ll have access to a day-to-day training program designed for general fitness and running improvement. Follow it at your own pace and see steady progress. For anyone who wants a plan tailored specifically to their goals, schedule, and lifestyle, I also offer personalised programs. These are written individually and structured around what works best for you. To get started: 1. Introduce yourself in the comments. Share your fitness goals and what you hope to achieve. 2. Check out the generic program and start following it day by day. 3. If you’re interested in an individualised program, send me a message and we can discuss your goals and how to structure your training.
