Hi everyone, and welcome! This classroom is for anyone who wants to get fitter, stronger, and run faster, no matter your starting point. Here, you’ll have access to a day-to-day training program designed for general fitness and running improvement. Follow it at your own pace and see steady progress. For anyone who wants a plan tailored specifically to their goals, schedule, and lifestyle, I also offer personalised programs. These are written individually and structured around what works best for you. To get started: 1. Introduce yourself in the comments. Share your fitness goals and what you hope to achieve. 2.
