Do you take a day off if you are sick?
Went to a restaurant and the waiter coughed all over my food. Long story short I got sick. Do you push through your normal workouts or do you just rest?
What's Your Best Hack?
There is no one thing that makes all the difference but it's deffinetly a sum of hacks that could be major. It could be: Prepearing your meals in advance. Setting rep goals in advance. Letting somebody know your goals (accountability) Or anything else. So what's yours?
