When we fight against what is a delay, a disappointment, an unexpected twist, we build tension and frustration. But when we accept each moment as though we personally chose it, our energy softens, and we move into alignment with life’s flow instead of battling against it. How to Apply It: 💫 Next time something doesn’t go as planned, pause and say to yourself: “I accept this moment as if I chose it.” Notice how your body relaxes. Your mind stops arguing with reality. I often describe life and Spirit using the image of a simple whistling kettle. The kettle is our body, the water is our soul. The flame beneath, that’s the sun, the giver of all life. ☀️ Before we’re born, we’re like still water in the womb, waiting to be warmed. As the flame heats us, the water begins to move and bubble, life begins to stir. When the kettle whistles, our journey starts. And when our time here ends, the water becomes steam, our Spirit rising, returning to Source. The steam doesn’t vanish.
