Today's Task: “Would You Date You?”
Your challenge:
  • Write down 5 great things about yourself (personality, values, strengths, or qualities you’d bring to a relationship).
  • Then write down 1–3 things you’d like to improve before getting into a relationship.
Examples:
  1. Positive traits: loyal, funny, a good listener, hardworking, supportive.
  2. Relationship strengths: communicate well, emotionally aware, caring, dependable.
  3. Growth areas: confidence, patience, communication, overthinking, consistency.
