Your challenge:
Write down 5 great things about yourself (personality, values, strengths, or qualities you’d bring to a relationship).
Then write down 1–3 things you’d like to improve before getting into a relationship.
Examples:
Positive traits: loyal, funny, a good listener, hardworking, supportive.
Relationship strengths: communicate well, emotionally aware, caring, dependable.
