'The greatest happiness is to know the source of unhappiness'
-Fyodor Dostoevsky
Meaning: Often we feel sad, restless, or empty, but we don’t know the reason. This confusion itself becomes painful. When we understand the real cause of our unhappiness like fear, guilt, wrong decisions, bad relationships, or inner struggle we feel clear in our mind. This clarity brings peace, even if the problem is not completely solved yet.
So, the greatest happiness is not being happy all the time, but being aware.
When we know where our pain comes from, we get control over ourselves and a chance to change. Ignorance keeps us in pain, but understanding sets us free.
