Hey fitness family it’s me again. I took a hiatus to focus on work and life generally but I’m back and will be going on strong soon… After my body recovers from moving this last weekend. Speaking of which I changed cities so I can be closer to work which is my win for this week, just not a physical win as my knees are still screaming.
Regardless of the recent stresses I have been daily consistent in the gym and seeing noticeable results. All thanks to the goat for helping me with my workout and meal plan to get me here (also my African genetics and years of lifting experience prior lol). I hope to connect with yall more and hopefully be a source of inspiration motivation and/or accountability aside from the goat himself.
