Hey guys! One of my wins from this past week is hitting 10k steps every day, I have a group of friends who started a walking club so we all encourage and motivate one another to get our steps in throughout the day and keep our bodies moving!
A goal I have for this week is to stop eating after 9pm lol I eat dinner late sometimes and that causes me to feel bloated on the mornings so need to cut my eating off at 8pm
