Hi I have heard a lot of negative things about taking on flats (eg new builds ect), but I met a guy that only does them In London he says he hasn’t had any trouble with managing agents or freeholders, can anyone share any experiences or give me Some advice if I should mainly target houses or are flats ok too?

I’ve just taken on a management unit in Liverpool. I see that the weekdays are dirt cheap and the weekends are sky high. My strategy is to try and get contractors in there Monday to Friday and then the weekends seperately, would you recommend doing 1 night minimum on the weekend or no and sticking to 2 nights? And if you could elaborate on the market a little bit that’d be much appreciated.
