Is there a way to open the calendar, when it’s connected to a channel manager like up listing, when a guest leaves before his stays finished. For example, guest checkout is 10am but he ends up leaving 5pm the previous day so youd like to open up the calendar to accept bookings for that night since he left early

For cleaning fee is the best approach to absorb it into your nightly rate or to charge as an extra so the guest sees it when booking?
