Have you heard of this? if so, have you put this practice to play in your life? I swear by it as it supports self care of not taking things to deep for yourself and detachment from painful thoughts or emotions toward a situation. As a counselor and therapist it’s a must for me to have this practice daily. As a soak in other feeling and having endless empathy for others it’s a way of protecting myself in the end of hearing one’s story but also still having a space for compassion. 1. What’s some things that might have you say “Let Them?” Rather it be your co-workers, family, children or a spouse. 2. How are you protecting your inner peace and self care boundaries? 3.
