Day 7 — The Inner Noise Inventory
When life gets heavy, the mind gets loud. Today we are listening closely to the thoughts that rise when things feel hard, unsafe, uncertain, or too familiar. Write them all down without editing. These thoughts are not your truth — they are patterns, protections, and old programming trying to stay in control.
Use these prompts:

- I should…
- I’m not...
- I have to..
- I can’t...
Circle the 3 thoughts that show up most often or feel the most charged. Then ask: Where did this voice come from? What is it trying to protect me from? What is it costing me to keep listening?
Affirmation: I can hear the noise without becoming the noise.
I will go first.

- I have to..- Do this now because if I do not, it will not get done.
For me, these expressions represent the part of me that is learning to embrace smart work versus hard work along with actually leaning into my energy type and moving in a way that aligns with it.
