DAY 24 — Coherence as Identity, Not Event Heart-Brain Coherence Day 24: Coherence as Identity, Not Event Theme: The goal was never a 5-minute practice. It's making coherence your default operating state. Exercise: Embodied Coherence Check-In (5 minutes, 3x today) 1. Set two reminders during your day — morning and midday. 2. Each time, pause: hand on heart, 3 breaths, quick check — coherent or reactive? 3. No judgment either way. Just data. 4. Evening: heart-focused breathing + ask, "If this was just who I am now, not something I do — how would I move through tomorrow differently?" 5. Journal your answer. Here's the shift most people miss: coherence isn't something you do for 5 minutes and then go back to your old state. It's something that eventually becomes who you are. Today, we're not adding a new technique — we're testing whether this is starting to live in you, not just visit you. Two check-ins today. No pressure to be perfect. Just notice: coherent, or reactive? Then tonight, ask yourself the real question: If this were just who you are now — not a practice, an identity — how would tomorrow look different? This is the whole point of the work. Not a better Tuesday. A different woman running the show. How did your check-ins go today? Be honest — reactive counts as data too.
