You don't have to fix everything today
You don’t need to heal everything at once 🤍 You don’t need to unpack your whole life overnight. You don’t need to have all the answers. You don’t need to become a completely different person by next week. That pressure? It’s exhausting. And sometimes it keeps people stuck… because everything feels too big to even begin. So let this be your reminder: You’re allowed to take this slowly. One thought. One feeling. One shift at a time. Because healing isn’t a race. It’s not about how quickly you can “fix” yourself. It’s about creating enough space… to understand yourself differently. And those small moments? They matter more than you think. 🤍

You don't have to fix everything today
What does it actually mean to release?
We talk about “letting go”… but what does that actually mean? 🤍 Because releasing isn’t pretending something didn’t happen. It’s not ignoring it. It’s not pushing it down. It’s not forcing yourself to move on. Releasing is this: 👉 “This no longer controls me.” It’s being able to feel something… without letting it take over. It’s noticing the thought… without spiralling in it. It’s allowing the feeling… without carrying it into everything. And that doesn’t happen all at once. It happens in small moments. When you pause… When you notice… When you choose not to hold onto it the same way. That’s releasing. Not perfect. Not instant. But intentional. 🤍

What does it actually mean to release?
You were never too much...
You’re not “too sensitive”… 🤍 You just feel deeply. You notice things others don’t. You pick up on energy. You hold onto moments longer than most. And somewhere along the way… you may have been made to feel like that was a problem. Like you needed to toughen up. Be less emotional. Stop overthinking. So you tried. You pushed things down. Ignored what you felt. Told yourself it didn’t matter. But it still stayed with you. Because it was never about being “too much”. It was about not being shown what to do with what you feel. And that’s where things begin to change. Not by shutting yourself down… but by learning how to hold yourself differently. With understanding. With space. With compassion. 🤍

It’s Not You — It’s What You’re Carrying
Sometimes it’s not that you can’t move forward… it’s that you’re still holding onto something heavy 🤍 A thought. A moment. A version of something that didn’t go how you wanted. And without realising it… you carry it into everything. So when things feel stuck… it’s easy to turn that inward. To think: 👉 “Why can’t I just move on?” 👉 “Why do I keep feeling like this?” But maybe it’s not you. Maybe it’s what you haven’t had the space to release yet. Because you can’t move freely… when you’re still carrying weight from the past. And this is where things begin to shift. Not by forcing yourself forward… But by gently letting go of what’s been holding you back. One thing at a time. 🤍

It’s Not You — It’s What You’re Carrying
The version of you that needed love the most.
The version of you you’ve been trying to erase… is the version that needed the most love 🤍 The one who reacted. The one who struggled. The one who didn’t handle things the way you wish you had. It’s easy to look back and feel frustrated with her. To wish you were different. To wish you knew more. But she wasn’t wrong. She was doing the best she could… with what she had at the time. She didn’t need judgement. She needed support. And maybe no one showed her that. So now… you get to. Not by pretending she didn’t exist. Not by pushing her away. But by meeting her with understanding. Because healing isn’t becoming someone new… It’s learning to hold every version of yourself with a little more compassion. 🤍
