Week 4: Day 2 Design Your Environment
Your surroundings are always voting for or against your attention (See mini lesson below) REFLECTION PROMPTS 1. Look around you right now. What in your environment is pulling your attention toward distraction? 2. What one physical change could you make today that would make depth easier to access? 3. If your ideal self walked into your space, what would they rearrange? You don't rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems. Today, build one. ๐Ÿ’š

I would like more space. Space to store projects that aren't quite completed yet, that way I can have a clear working space. Some projects require time and space before they can be finished...but I feel like all the things I am working on are ALWAYS staring back at me, which makes it a challenge to focus on the thing in front of me. Perhaps, I will figure out a way to deal with that this week.

Day 2 of Float Week and we're checking in on you... ๐Ÿ‘€
Quick question for today; Did you catch yourself trying to do something today? Fix something. Plan something. Optimise something. That's the old pattern showing up. And honestly? It makes sense, your nervous system has been in go-mode for a while. But here's your nudge for today: every time that urge shows up, put your hand on your chest and say out loud: "I have permission to float." Yes, out loud. Yes, for real. Yes, even if you feel a bit silly. Watch today's 60-second video, then drop a โœ… below if you said your permission slip out loud today. We're collecting them. Every single one counts.

Okay, I know this is an old post. In the silence, Spirit moved me to come to your page and engage with the questions and videos. I love that my soul guides me to exactly what I need to hear, when I need to hear it. When this was originally posted, I don't think I could have heard the message, but right now? It resonates so clearly. Thank you!
Midweek check in, how's your float going?
Have your own little moment. In fact, that's your challenge for today ๐Ÿ‘‡ Find 60 seconds. Close your eyes. Imagine you're floating on warm water, sun on your face, nothing on your to-do list, nowhere to be. Just... be. That's it. That's the whole assignment. Drop a ๐ŸŒŠ below when you've done it, even if it felt a bit weird, even if your brain tried to make a shopping list halfway through. It still counts. You still floated.

This is my bread and butter. It's funny because I often fall back into the "shoulds" of what society pressures. I should have a solid morning routine, I should make myself a tighter schedule, I should be more productive, I should be more active, visible, more marketing, more, more, more....UGH. I feel happiest, most aligned, and frankly most productive when I am floating. I get the clarity and answers I want from that place of peace. I'm coming back to it more and more.
Real talk, has anyone wobbled this week?
Let's talk about the wobble. The wobble is that moment midweek where floating starts to feel a little harder than it did on Monday. It sneaks in quietly. You might recognize it as... * Suddenly feeling guilty for resting *The to-do list getting very loud in your head * Comparing your week to everyone else's * Thinking "I should be doing more than this" * Feeling a bit flat, a bit meh, a bit... nothing Sound familiar? That's the wobble. And it is completely, totally, 100% normal. Here's how to move through it ๐Ÿ‘‡ 1. Name it out loud. Literally say, "I'm wobbling." That's it. Naming it takes away half its power straight away. 2. Do the reset : One slow breath out, longer than the breath in, Shoulders drop, jaw unclenches, say: "I don't have to fix anything right now." You don't need to solve the wobble. You just need to float through it. a ๐ŸŒŠ below if the wobble visited you this week. Let me know how you moved through it. ๐Ÿ’š

Yes!! This. Up until about 2 weeks ago, I was moving from a place of noise. I was getting things done, but it also felt like "pushing the noodle". My focus has been to come back to the basics...stillness, silence, and stay in that silence until my soul moves me toward something. All the checklists and to-do lists...so much noise. I was relying on outside voices to guide me through it, when that was the noise, too. I am coming back to me, the silence, the stillness, and moving from that space of peace.
