Your phone isn’t ruining your life. It’s helping your nervous system regulate.
The question is: Are you letting it do all the work?
When boredom or restlessness shows up today, pause before the reach.
Ask:
“What state am I in right now?”
• Restless = mild activation
• Flat = subtle shutdown
• Lonely = connection need
Then: Lengthen your exhale. Feel your feet .
Turn your head slowly and orient.
Stay with the sensation 10 seconds longer than usual.
