The body isn’t tired from doing too much work or the task at hand. It gets tired from carrying too many unfinished moments.
This week we’re working with:
• reclaiming attention from the mind and bringing it back into the body
• closing tasks and moments so energy stops leaking between them
• stabilizing in neutral so the nervous system can actually feel safe
The goal is to reduce the mental / internal fatigue. Move through this week slowly.
Let moments end before starting new ones. That’s how the system settles. This week will teach how to properly do so.
