They’re living in their mind. Reality is literally blank, it’s neutral.
When your attention stays trapped in thought, the ego keeps creating karma. Or what is called “Karmic Life”…. which are the same mental patterns and experiences, on repeat.
The exit out of the mind and free from karma is simple.
Come back to the breath.
Come back to the body.
Each time you notice mental chatter, move your attention into your breath and senses. This is how you stop creating unnecessary karma in your experience.
Attention in the body creates presence.
That presence creates freedom.
