Many of us still protect parts of our old identity because they once helped us survive, cope, or make sense of difficult seasons. But what once protected us can eventually limit us. When we choose to release those outdated versions of ourselves, we create space to become more peaceful, confident, disciplined, and aligned with who we’re truly meant to be. Growth often begins when we stop identifying with who we had to be and start embracing who we’re becoming.
