Let’s be real — this CAN’T be life. Listen we going back to the 90s. We are going back and healing that inner child but having fun doing it. If you miss the 90s Nickelodeon, old school R&B, House Party (keep the violence), Babysitters Club, Blockbuster nights, and riding bikes and you better be back when them street lights come on VIBES .... Welcome to your Homeroom. In here, we are a FR-AMILY! If you are a bully...Exit NOW. If you truly want to be a better HUMAN. Come ready to have fun, laugh, and be yourself. ❤️ Think Love. That is what this space is. LOVE. Think it. Feel it. Be it. 🚫 This is truly a no-judgment space. Your story is safe here. Your cries are safe here. Your truth is safe here. Inside this journey, you will learn: - How to laugh at your pain...and mine too. - How to forgive yourself because sis .... you truly didn't know and that's ok. - How to not take ANYTHING personal because it's truly...NOT YOUR PROBLEM! - How to say "No." (without explanation because that is the complete sentence) - How to choose You....IN ALL WAYS! - How to recognize your patterns and learn how to stop them. - How to LOVE YOURSELF. - How rebuild confidence from the ground up. - How to regulate your emotions because they be too much sometimes. - How to wipe your ass. (I just want to see who actually reads this - LMBO) - How to notice who is for you and who's not. - How to laugh again. We love laughter! - How to be ok with alone....and ENJOY YOUR ALONE TIME! This is The Rebuild Skool — a neon-lit, soulful homeroom where we: - Release the old bullshit - Rewire our minds with higher-vibe thinking - Rebuild ourselves brick by loving brick - Reinvent into the main characters we were always meant to be Love is the highest vibration! And when we humble ourselves, seek that Love, and turn from the old ways… the land (and we) start to heal .... starting right here in Kansas City. So grab your notebook, drop the baggage at the door, and let’s do this shit together.

INTRODUCE YOURSELF – WHO THE HELL ARE YOU? (REQUIRED)
First off - Put up a damn profile picture. Let us see your face. Don't be a ghost here, please. We want to see your beautiful face! Secondly, Tell us: 💛 Your name. 💛 Where you’re from. 💛 Why you showed up to Skool this time (what “rerun” in your head are you tired of watching on repeat?) 💛 One thing you’re proud of. 💛 What are you looking to get out of most? Bonus points if you throw in your favorite 90s/early 00s cartoon, R&B song, or Hip Hop song that still hits different. We’re all just big kids who grew up on Saturday morning cartoons, playing with gameboys, and making mixtapes, trying to heal the chaos together. We don’t shrink here. Speak boldly. You belong. – Rissa ❤️ P.S. Don't be shy - comment on a someone's post. If you got a degree act like this is Canvas and you need to comment on two post (but be genuine cause those college post was bull).
Helpful question to trigger your mind
Many of us still protect parts of our old identity because they once helped us survive, cope, or make sense of difficult seasons. But what once protected us can eventually limit us. When we choose to release those outdated versions of ourselves, we create space to become more peaceful, confident, disciplined, and aligned with who we’re truly meant to be. Growth often begins when we stop identifying with who we had to be and start embracing who we’re becoming. What part of your old identity are you still protecting out of habit, and who could you become if you finally let it go?
Do It!
Name one thing you’ve wanted to do but have been putting it off. It can be anything! I’m curious on what’s holding you back from LIVING and not just existing! What is it? What’s stopping you? What is the worst that can happen?
What are you currently trying to change/release?
I’d like to see what everyone is personally working on or noticing about themselves that they want to change. Rather it’s saying “No” more without explanation. Cutting someone or people off. Changing parenting skills. Once you start to recognize it. You can start to intentionally doing things to change it. What is it?
