For Anyone New Here (and a Little Life Update 💫)
Hey friends — especially those of you who are new around here 👋 I’m Tina, a fitness and nutrition coach who’s passionate about helping people build strength and health without burnout. A bit about me: I’ve been in the fitness world for almost 10 years, but my approach has changed a lot over time. I used to live in constant “go mode” — heavier, faster, more, always. Eventually, that caught up with me. Between Hashimoto’s, PCOS, and years of running on fight-or-flight energy, my body finally told me it needed a different kind of strength. This current season has been about learning to do differently, NOT less. I’ve shifted toward yoga, mobility, and more grounding movement — not because I’ve stopped working hard, but because I’m finally honoring the season I’m in. That’s also the heart behind The Realm of You: this is a space where fitness meets storytelling, and where you get to choose your own path each day.💪 Maybe you’re a Warrior this week — ready to lift, sweat, and push.🪷 Maybe you’re a Healer — focusing on stretching, mindset, or small nourishing habits. Either way, it counts. You still belong here. I’m grateful to be in a season where I can slow down, create intentionally, and build this community at a sustainable pace.
