Had dinner with the family tonight.
All of us round the table. No phones. Just chatting.
After that, instead of slumping on the sofa, I chucked my wellies on and went for a walk.
And honestly… that walk changed the whole evening.
Head cleared.
Ideas started flowing.
Thoughts I didn’t even know were there suddenly showed up.
It’s mad what happens when you just get out the house and give your brain a bit of space.
No pressure. No big plan.
Just walking.
Those little moments of clarity?
They’re the ones that move things forward in ways you don’t expect.
I talk more about this — the dinner, the walk, and why it matters — in Friday’s podcast episode.
Worth a listen if you’re feeling a bit stuck or foggy.
Sometimes it really is as simple as putting your boots on and going for a walk.
