Skool (the platform TPL Online is hosted on) has now updated their audio on Live streams for musicians - hallelujah! It used to automatically cancel out background noise - and in the process, any instruments you might have been playing or cut in and out of voice! They've now fixed this up and added some audio enhancements so it should sound a heap better going forward! We'll be giving it a good go this Friday for our Jam Live instead of needing to take off to zoom - fingers crossed!

For those that have just joined this part of my personal journey, I’ve had nearly no hearing in my right ear for about 6 years. When I was pregnant with Kahukura I noticed it. This is what the Drs think it is. The down side of being a Chase (we are all musical lol) 🤣🤣🤣 . Treatment options = 1. hearing aid (I tried, not only expensive asf, but also weeeird sound when youre an audio engineer lol) or 2. surgery. Surgery risk of losing hearing completely in the ear … so I’m weighing it up. I’m leaning toward surgery at this stage…Anyone else musical had to make this decision? What did you choose and why?
