Otosclerosis
For those that have just joined this part of my personal journey, I’ve had nearly no hearing in my right ear for about 6 years. When I was pregnant with Kahukura I noticed it.
This is what the Drs think it is. The down side of being a Chase (we are all musical lol) 🤣🤣🤣 .
Treatment options = 1. hearing aid (I tried, not only expensive asf, but also weeeird sound when youre an audio engineer lol) or 2. surgery.
Surgery risk of losing hearing completely in the ear … so I’m weighing it up.
I’m leaning toward surgery at this stage…Anyone else musical had to make this decision? What did you choose and why?
