I hope you all had a refreshing Thanksgiving break. I definitely slowed down, rested, and stepped away from posting/texting and honestly, it cleared my mind in the best way. Rest is becoming a non-negotiable for me. After 10 years as an entrepreneur, I can tell you this: you simply can’t be effective without it.
As we step into these last 30 days of the year, I’m not waiting until January 1 to build routines that will carry me into 2026. I’m starting now...gently, consistently, and with rest included.
