The more specific your questions, the more value everyone gets from the session. ⚡ Friday – Execution Lab 🕙 10:00am (Zoom) The Execution Lab is where we break down real property opportunities and work through the thinking process together. We'll be focusing on the conceptualisation phase—identifying where the value is, what the quickest and highest-impact value-add opportunities are, and how experienced investors think about structuring a deal before they commit to it. These sessions are also helping build the judgement framework that sits behind Sentinel, so if you've got a live opportunity, bring it along and we'll analyse it together. Hi all, I just wanted to introduce myself, as I'm new here, and looking forward to getting stuck in. I'm based in Barnstaple in North Devon. Is anyone else nearby? I'm hoping to build my knowledge and confidence over the next 90 days, to the point where I'm ready to make my first property purchase.
