How to Use This Space EFFECTIVELY
To get the most out of this space you need to follow a couple guidelines. Please read. 1. Post Real Problems in General Discussion 2. Be Specific So People Can Help You 3. Use the Resource Library (and Ask for What’s Missing) 4. Respect the Space and Participate Honestly This is not a course. This is not a sales pitch. This is a working space for home care owners. The goal of this community is simple: help each other attract better private clients, keep them longer, and run leaner agencies. If you want to get the most out of it 👇 1. USE THE GENERAL DISCUSSION This is the heart of the group. Post here if you: - are stuck with private clients - want feedback on an idea - want to share what worked (or didn’t) - have a question you can’t get a straight answer to - Or just need to vent - we all need to sometimes. There are no “stupid” questions here. If you’re thinking it, someone else probably is too. 2. BE SPECIFIC The more detail you give, the better the answers will be. Instead of: “I need more private clients” Try: “I’m in Liverpool, been running 2 years, tried Bark and Facebook, spent £300, no real leads. What would you look at first?” That’s how real progress happens. 3. USE THE RESOURCE LIBRARY This is where tools, templates, and guides will live. We will be uploading this GRADUALLY. Some will be created by me. Some will be shaped by what you ask for. If something is missing — say it. This space grows based on real problems, not theory. I am not a guru — I will do my best to find the best people to help with whatever you are struggling with. 4. RESPECT THE SPACE This is a trust-based community.
