The moment before interpretation
Lately I’ve been noticing how clearly we can name what isn’t working, what feels hard, what we want to escape, and how much less clear things become when we ask what we actually want.
Rather than trying to replace thoughts or rush to a better mindset, I’ve been getting curious about the moment before interpretation takes over. What’s being noticed there? What assumptions are already quietly shaping meaning?
For me, insight doesn’t come from forcing clarity. It comes from staying with the evidence a little longer, and letting understanding take shape in its own time.
