What is a boundary?
Happy Wednesday, ladies! As we head into Thanksgivin,g I want to clear up confusion on what a boundary is. A boundary is NOT being bossy. Sometimes people think that telling people what to do is a boundary 🫢! No
Telling people what to do is a DEMAND. Example "Don't you dare talk to me like that!"
Making a STATEMENT of what YOU will do is a boundary. "If you talk like that, I will leave!"
Have you ever mixed these two items up? I would love to hear your thoughts!
